I used to get a loan from our local bank whenever I will buy huge purchases like cars and when I get some some business loans. But after I filed business bankruptcy, getting a home mortgages loan  from the local bank and other lending companies have been difficult. I now work in a big company with a stable income and I can afford to pay the monthly  home mortgage premium but my credit score is still on the process of recuperating from the bankruptcy. And banks usually rely on your credit report before a loan can be approved. If not, they will be asking for a collateral which I feel very uncomfortable doing. I still prefer to have an unsecured loan. I though me and my wife will be renting our place until I can have a high credit score again and wait for a couple of years more.

Then I learned from a colleague about the  bad credit mortgage loans being offered online. I paid the online company a visit one night and I learned that aside from the home mortgage offer to people with poor credit rating, they also have bad credit loan . A new wave of hope engulf me. There will always be a better way for everything.
